The Mini-Biz Security Baseline is tailored for small teams of up to 5 staff members. Small businesses are often the most vulnerable to cyber attacks because they lack dedicated IT security staff. • Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  Passwords alone are no longer sufficient. We will systematically configure Multi-Factor Authentication across your core business applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, etc.) to ensure that stolen passwords cannot be used against you.

• Basic Staff Awareness Briefing

  Human error is the leading cause of cyber incidents. We provide a succinct, impactful security briefing for your staff to educate them on identifying phishing emails, handling suspicious attachments, and adhering to safe browsing practices.

• Router & Firewall Check

  We review your office network perimeter, ensuring your router and firewall are properly configured, default passwords are changed, and unnecessary exposed ports are securely closed.

• Password Management Solution*

  We help you deploy a centralized password manager. This eliminates password reuse, allows you to securely share access with staff without revealing the actual passwords, and makes offboarding departing employees incredibly simple.
